A 25-year-old man was significantly injured in a capturing on the intersection in downtown Oshawa
Police are still investigating a midday shooting in downtown Oshawa in which a man was seriously injured.
A suspect fled on foot after firing multiple shots in a car at the intersection of Ritson Road and Bond Street just before noon on September 8, just before noon, Durham police said. A 25-year-old man suffered gunshot wounds and was hospitalized in Toronto.
The suspect is described as a black man with short dreadlocks.
Police closed the area to traffic for several hours as an investigation was conducted and forensic evidence was gathered.
