Motorbike driver in essential situation after crash in Oshawa Friday evening

The driver of a motorcycle is in critical condition following a serious collision in Oshawa on Aug. 12.

A motorcycle driver has life-threatening injuries following a serious crash in Oshawa Friday night.

Emergency crews were called to a two-vehicle collision at about 11:15 pm on Aug. 12 at the intersection of Olive Avenue and Guelph Street.

Police say a blue Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling east and struck a gray Chevrolet Equinox traveling north within the intersection.

The motorcycle driver was taken to a Toronto-area trauma center where he remained in critical but stable condition. The driver of the Chevrolet Equinox was not injured.

An area of ​​the road was closed for several hours while evidence was collected.
