Motorbike driver in essential situation after crash in Oshawa Friday evening
A motorcycle driver has life-threatening injuries following a serious crash in Oshawa Friday night.
Emergency crews were called to a two-vehicle collision at about 11:15 pm on Aug. 12 at the intersection of Olive Avenue and Guelph Street.
Police say a blue Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling east and struck a gray Chevrolet Equinox traveling north within the intersection.
The motorcycle driver was taken to a Toronto-area trauma center where he remained in critical but stable condition. The driver of the Chevrolet Equinox was not injured.
An area of the road was closed for several hours while evidence was collected.
