OSHAWA VOTER’S GUIDE: Massive subject of candidates formally registered for Oshawa elections
Mayor Dan Carter faces two challengers in Oshawa, and a large field of candidates has registered to run in the upcoming municipal election, with competitions in every ward in the city.
Altogether, 38 people have registered to run to represent Oshawa on city and regional council. Another 20 candidates are looking to represent Oshawa on school boards.
The municipal election is on Oct. 24
