A victim was repeatedly attacked by suspects armed with knives and bricks during the incident, which started in one bar and continued elsewhere, Durham police said. Officials who reacted around 4 p.m. in the Ritson Road and Bloor Street area found the 32-year-old victim with injuries to her face and neck.

The victim was taken to a trauma center in Toronto with non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators have learned that the incident began in a bar in Ritson near McNaughton Avenue, where the victim was hit with a beer bottle. The attack continued near Ritson and Bloor and the suspects then fled, police said.

Two suspects are wanted in connection with the attack.
