Police search witnesses to Oshawa hit and run

Police are appealing for witnesses following a hit-and-run in Oshawa in February.

On Wednesday, Feb 2, at about 1:30pm, a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the area of ​​Charles Street and Athol Street West, Durham Regional Police reported.

The vehicle fled the scene and hasn’t yet been found, police added.

The vehicle is described as an older model red vehicle with black rims and tinted windows.

Police said they are aware of witnesses that were in the area at the time of the offense but have yet to come forward. Investigators are now appealing for anyone with information in relation to this offense to come forward.
