• Unsatisfactory cleaning and disinfection of the premises to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

One Eyed Jack’s Pub and Grill at 33 W. Taunton Road in Oshawa inspected on Wednesday June 16:
• There is no physical distancing between employees, guests and visitors on the premises.
• Unsatisfactory cleaning and disinfection of the premises to reduce the spread of COVID-19. This was corrected during the inspection.
• No policy in place to ensure that staff, guests and visitors wear non-medical masks / face covers when necessary and when physical distance cannot be maintained.
• Failure to comply with the capacity / accumulation limits set by the province.
• Do not create a complete security plan, display it and make it available to employees and visitors.
• Do not ensure that personnel wear adequate personal protective equipment when required.
• Not in accordance with advice, recommendations, and instructions from the Durham Area Department of Health to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
